  • A term used in a range of ways, but the most succinct definition is learning supported by technology. ...[http://www.syelp.org/wiki/index.php]
  • A method of instruction that is generally computer assisted and is delivered via CD/DVD ROM, audio, videotape or the internet. • the process of acquiring information through the use of electronic media eg computer-based instruction, CD-ROM based educational software, web-based instruction. [http://www.unescobkk.org/fileadmin/user_upload/ict/Teacher_Training_Workshops/Ninth_workshop/5-Glossary.ppt]
E-Learning in context. [http://akoaotearoa.ac.nz/sites/default/files/ng/group-661/n877-1---e-learning-in-context.pdf]).
